<div>The Safety and Security Campus Manager will be responsible for providing leadership on all life safety and security related standards, systems, processes, while driving our safety and security initiatives across the supply chain network. Reports into the Supply Chain Safety and Security Regional Manager and will be responsible for providing leadership with options, recommendations and best practices as a subject matter expert in safety and security.<br><br></div>

<div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div>

<ul>

<li>Partner with operations to ensure the implementation and adherence of all aspects of our Injury and Illness Prevention Plan for assigned location(s).</li>

<li>Partner with the Global Safety and Security Business Partners to support operations in executing Global Safety and Security initiatives.</li>

<li>Maintain effective working relationships with regulatory agencies, industry security and life safety professionals, vendors, and suppliers.</li>

<li>Prepare and submit security incident reports in compliance with company and insurance carrier requirements. Support any related investigations.</li>

<li>Manage an internal campus security team and a Safety and Security Campus Supervisor.</li>

<li>Work to ensure there are no gaps in security coverage.</li>

<li>Conduct physical security, camera system and access control checks to ensure compliance.</li>

<li>Anticipate, identify, evaluate hazardous conditions and build practices to aid in all critical incident planning, preparation and responses.</li>

<li>Conduct inspections of facilities to identify and correct potential hazards, security risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.</li>

<li>Partner cross-functionally with all levels of site management in assigned location(s) to mitigate risk and resolve safety and security related issues.</li>

<li>Partner with site leadership in developing action plans to improve safety/security culture in assigned location(s) and promote employee engagement in safety/security programs.</li>

<li>Partner with operations and key stakeholders, to ensure all new hires receive safety orientation, and verify annual training requirements for existing employees.</li>

<li>Assist in the implementation and execution of safety and security accountability programs.</li>
