Description

We are seeking an Instructor/Trainer based in Rome, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering effective training programs, managing eLearning courses, and mentoring new hires.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs using various methodologies, including the ADDIE model.

• Supervise and guide Training Specialists and new hires during the training period.

• Design, manage, and oversee eLearning courses and the Learning Management System.

• Provide support for leadership growth and development initiatives.

• Regularly review and update learning content as necessary.

• Conduct training sessions both online and instructor-led.

• Implement learning and development strategies for industry-specific topics and employee development.

• Utilize skills in Adobe Acrobat, Cisco Webex Meetings, CRM, and other relevant platforms to facilitate learning.

• Ensure regular communication and provide customer service to address inquiries related to training.

• Monitor attendance during training sessions and manage records accordingly.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Familiarity with Adult Learning Methodologies

• Knowledge of Learning and development strategy

• Experience with Learning Management Systems

• Demonstrated ability to conduct Training Sessions and provide Employee Training

• Proven expertise in Instructor-Led Training

• Proficiency in Online learning and Online training methods

• Demonstrable ability to manage Attendance during training sessions

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment
