STAGE CURRICULARE presso la Direzione Medica di Bristol Myers Squibb

Lo stage offrirà al tirocinante un progetto altamente formativo e qualificante all'interno della Direzione Medica. Il candidato sarà inserito in un team dinamico, caratterizzato da frequenti interazioni con i vari team della Corporation, e avrà a disposizione un Tutor dedicato.

Il tirocinante avrà l'opportunità di approfondire tematiche scientifiche legate alla patologia di interesse, oltre a esplorare gli aspetti normativi e regolatori dei programmi compassionevoli in Italia e le procedure di BMS.

Il candidato acquisirà:

  • Conoscenza del ruolo professionale di Direzione Medica in BMS, con particolare attenzione alle capacità analitiche necessarie per le attività previste.

  • Competenze relative agli aspetti normativi e regolatori che governano i programmi compassionevoli in Italia.

  • Approfondimenti scientifici su mavacamten e sulla cardiomiopatia ipertrofica ostruttiva, utili per supportare il programma compassionevole in corso.

  • Abilità nel lavorare in team e in contesti organizzativi complessi.

  • Competenze organizzative e gestionali, inclusa la risoluzione dei problemi e l'analisi dei rischi.

  • Completamento delle procedure BMS previste nell'ambito dello stage.

Il candidato/a ideale avrà le seguenti caratteristiche:

  • Prossimo conseguimento della Laurea in Discipline Scientifiche;

  • Prossimo conseguimento di Master in Medical Affairs (preferenziale);

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese ed italiana;

  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, preferibile utente avanzato di Excel e Power Point;

  • Senso di responsabilità e/o attitudine al problem solving;

  • Capacità di analisi, con un'attenzione particolare ai dettagli, eccellenti capacità organizzative e capacità di riconoscere le priorità;

  • Self-starter e veloce, con la capacità di svolgere attività in modo indipendente e di lavorare in team cross-funzionali;

On-site Protocol

BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
