Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an M&A Security Analyst to join their client on a remote basis. This Analyst will:

Focus on vulnerability management for all non-integrated acquisitions. It would involve creating and analyzing reports from Qualys, validate results, identify false positives, prioritize risks based on severity and applicability, work with the acquisition on remediation strategies as applicable, monitor remediation progress to ensure alignment with company policy. At any given time, there are typically 30+ acquisitions being monitored.

 Coordinate the integration of cyber security processes and systems for acquired entities, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with organizational standards.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integration plans that address cyber security aspects of the acquisition integrations.

 Assess existing cyber security controls of acquired companies and design strategies to integrate into Gallaghers security framework.

 Coordinate with IT and cyber security teams to implement and monitor security measures across integrated networks and systems.

 Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas requiring additional security measures post-close / pre-integration.

 Provide subject matter expertise in cyber security to support decision making during integration activities.

 Track, monitor and report on the progress of cyber security integration activities, addressing challenges that may arise.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in Security risk management, operational risk, risk assessment or compliance

Experience with security principles and concepts related to privilege, risk management, vulnerability management, identity and access management, access controls and segmentation

Strong hands on experience with Qualys

Networking background CISSP and/or other relevant industry certifications null
