Fairview Health Services Physician - Family Medicine in Rogers, Minnesota

Practice Description

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Rogers . Join our thriving practice that places a strong emphasis on quality.

Practice Details:

  • 7 provider primary care

  • Patient encounters average 20-22 patients per day .

  • Openings: 1.0 FTE (Full Time) – open to part time

  • 36 patient contact hours per week is considered Full Time

  • Call Frequency: Call is approximately 1:30 and is equally shared amongst the primary care physicians at five clinic locations. Phone call only.

  • Opportunity for physicians to perform procedures.

  • As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.

  • Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Income Detail s:

  • Resident stipend, Medical School loan forgiveness, sign-on bonus and relocation available.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.

  • BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA.

  • Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.

  • Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.

  • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).
