This position is based in our Rogers, AR sales office with an option for occasional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.

At Gallo, we’re on the lookout for a Shopper Behavior Analyst with a passion for diving deep into understanding consumer behavior, utilizing tools such as Walmart Luminate, and developing solutions to meet consumer needs. Your role will be crucial in providing analytic and systems support to our Sales/Customer Development teams, helping us align our assormtment analyticas with our ambitious business initiatives.

Your day-to-day will involve conducting in-depth data analysis and reporting for customers, interpreting results, and ensuring the information is disseminated effectively. You will play a pivotal role in educating users on the utilization of various sales data, syndicated data, and data applications, enhancing our overall sales strategy and execution.

We are looking for someone who can acquire a thorough understanding of the business areas supported to identify specific business requirements, conduct studies for the development of new data sources, and analyze user requirements to improve or create complex solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing processes to support both non-computerized and computerized workflow, recommending technologies that can enhance effectiveness, and participating in the development of procedures to solve complex problems.

As part of our team, you will prepare project-phase plans, coordinate project status reporting to management, and act as a liaison between users and management. What You Will Need:

  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.

  • Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of sales, category management, or business systems analysisexperience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or 6 years of sales, category managementor business systems analysis experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; or

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Math, Engineering or Business Administration plus1 year of sales experience at a District Manager level, Category Management, or businesssystems analysis experience to include document preparation.

  • Computer skill requirements include: Intermediate use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint.

  • Good communication and business writing skills.

  • Ability to solve practical problems, collect data, establish facts and deal with a variety of concrete

    variables.

  • Project management experience.

  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, ifapplicable, as listed in this job description.

  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Compensation:

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $31.89 - $53.13 / hour

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
