What you´ll do

• Collaborate, drive and execute transformative projects at pace and scale for the AM Division.

• Challenge the organization to “do the right thing” whilst using data to focus on the areas that will have the most impact.

• Prepares summary updates for AM ExCom and other Senior Management, providing in person presentations when requested.

• Ensure divisional input to Supply Chain, Operations and Purchasing on manufacturing footprint

• Organizes regular project reviews with Project Leaders and Key Stakeholders to ensure that schedules are correctly maintained.

• Collaborate closely with production sites and other supply and operations functions, sales and innovation, product management and corporate communication teams.

• Identifies gaps and roadblocks to successful achievement of project goals and works with key interfaces to mitigate identified risks.

• Create / steer and deliver projects that strategic initiatives are implemented & the desired benefits are realized on time in budget.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelors or Master's in Business Administration, Supply Chain or International Marketing

• 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, quality, supply chain, or product management

• Excellent Stakeholder Management providing accountability

• Profound Project Management Experience

• Problem Solving Attitude and Outside the Box thinking

The salary for this role is $100,000.00 - $160,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
