We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently we have 50+ labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill an opportunity at NDX for a Full-Time Human Resources Generalist. This position will be based at NDX Connecticut Dental Lab in Rocky Hill, CT.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
Support leadership in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements for the business strategy.
Participate and lead corporate strategies and projects while assisting other HR members as needed.
Ensure leadership and coaching culture is cascaded through the organization.
Provide clear leadership by demonstrating an understanding of business trends and needs.
Provide input on workforce succession planning and business unit restructuring plans.
Drive the people processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that team members’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future needs.
Implement HR policies and strategies to ensure all decisions are fair, objective, and compliant with state and local laws.
Maintain close contact and synchronization with the HR team while working with the other business units.
Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve HR policies and initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
Identify and drive communication and sharing of learning across functions to facilitate continuous improvement.
Conduct periodic meetings (as needed but at a minimum of bi-weekly) with respective business units.
Manages and resolves complex team member relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations and seeks legal counsel when needed.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements for the states in which business is conducted related to the day-to-day management of team members, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal counsel as needed/required.
Works closely with management and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Required: 3 years of previous experience in a Human Resource Role
Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Required: Must be able and willing to travel (25%)
Required: Must have multi-state employment law knowledge.
Required: Clean driving record
Preferred: Previous Experience in HR role(s) in comparable organizations
