Job Description
Lead the technical deployment of ServiceNow platforms, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and GRC modules.
Provide gap analysis for current processes and systems, identifying areas of improvement and working towards effective deployment strategies.
Work closely with the Service Desk team to configure and optimize ServiceNow for service desk operations.
Lead technical aspects of deployment, ensuring seamless setup of APIs and continuous workflows to enhance platform functionality.
Collaborate with the project manager (PM) to ensure agile planning and sprint management for project delivery.
Manage the development, integration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a high-level understanding of platform architecture.
Perform market analysis to ensure solutions are aligned with industry best practices and evolving technology trends.
Serve as a technical subject matter expert, guiding the team through technical challenges and decisions.
Provide ongoing technical support and documentation as needed for the ServiceNow platform.

10 years of experience with ServiceNow
Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and GRC modules Certifications are highly desired null
