Position Description: X-energyis seeking experienced professionals to join our Project Controls team in the role ofManager, Change Management and Trends. The Manager, Change Management and Trends position is responsible for developing and overseeing the X-energy Earned Value Management (EVM) and Change Management processes to establish project baselines, perform trend/claims management, measure project key performance indicators, identify variances, and perform programmatic configuration control.

Job Requirements:

• Oversees the standard X-energy EVM program and augments it where necessary to accommodate contractual requirements and client expectations
• Oversees and supports project change management, change requests/trends, and claims/dispute resolution
• Develops and maintains a standard for a trending program
• Oversee the approval-level thresholds related to change control requirements for the project
• Utilize change management processes such as baseline change proposals (BCP) in accordance with the change control procedures and ensure timely incorporation of authorized changes for accurate variance reporting against baseline
• Ensure BCPs are reviewed by the Change Control Board and applicable stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain processes and records including Baseline Change Process, Change Control Log, WBS, WBS Dictionary, and Resource Assignment Matrix
• Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, business, finance, or related technical field is required
• Minimum of 10 years of project engineering/project management experience in the nuclear industry or at least 15 years of experience with the design, operation, or maintenance of power generation or industrial processes facilities
• Five years in major engineering project management role
• Formal training, certification, or work experience in project management. (e.g., PMI-PMP, AACE certification, MBA, or MS Engineering Management)
