Description:

Work closely with the project design team and client team in each phase of the project delivery process. Contribute to all aspects and phases of the architectural design process. Assist in creating project schedules and budgets. Attend project meetings. Collaborate with a wide range of project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and design team consultants Maintain and organize project files. Travel to and from project and client meetings as required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have relevant built work experience. Experience with healthcare projects will be considered a plus. Bachelor’s degree in architecture or Master of Architecture (accredited degree program required). Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor others. Strong technical project detailing and documentation skills. Proficiency in documenting all phases of the design process. Excellent graphic and verbal communication skills. Exceptional client service orientation and relationship-building skills. Strong proficiency in Revit required. Knowledge of Enscape and Adobe suite preferred. Solid MS Office abilities.
