T h e Comm un ity M o b ile Res p onse Team Pro g r am M a n a g er will p ro v i d e case co n s u lt a ti o n t o staff, assist in c o m p lex cases, attend i n tera g e n c y staffin g s, a n d p a r tici p ate in p erforma n ce qu ality impro v eme n t acti v ities. T h is po sition will p r ov i d e leaders h i p in b oth pr o g r a m impl e menta t ion an d ca p acity bu il d i n g in a fle x i ble, re s ponsive serv i ce delivery system. Techni c al/Functional Ex p ect a tion s : Leadership of Mobile Response – Essential Function: This position provides leadership and oversight of the continuum of agency crisis response services; providing clinical oversight and consultation as needed for complex cases. Monitors Program Performance/ Adherence to Contract Measures – Essential Function: This position monitors performance in accordance with agency performance and contractual measures and provides strategic direction to produce desired outcomes. Quality Assurance/ Quality Improvement Activities – Essential Function: This position participates in agency quality assurance and quality improvement activities in order to improve performance and assess gaps and deficiencies in accordance with agency operating policies and Council on Accreditation standards. Fiscal Monitoring and forecasting/ Budget development – Essential Function: This position engages in budget development as well as ongoing fiscal monitoring of clinical programs' contracted services budget; adjusting and controlling expenditures in addition to financial forecasting. Strength Based Family Centered Practice Orientation – Essential Function: This position is expected to work in a Strength Based Family Centered manner in order to enhance Agency Wraparound philosophy and values. This position will participate in Trauma Informed Care initiatives as well as Crossover Youth Practice Model initiatives. Data Integrity – Essential Function: Assists and provides internal controls in order to authenticate data integrity. Other Duties as required: Job performance requires fulfilling other incidental or related duties as assigned, assisting and training others, and performing duties of higher rated positions from time to time for developmental purposes.
