Confidential Sales Manager – Battery Solutions (Remote) in Rockaway, New Jersey
Overview This position is for a Sales Manager in the battery business, responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and promoting battery solutions across various sectors. This is a full-remote role, offering flexibility while requiring a strong ability to collaborate and deliver results in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers, develop sales strategies, and recommend suitable battery solutions to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end-users while ensuring high customer satisfaction through after-sales support.
- Process orders accurately, coordinate with supply chain teams, and monitor inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the battery, automotive, or energy industries.
- Strong knowledge of battery technologies, including lithium-ion types, BMS, and battery modules or packs, is highly preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline is a plus.
