As a Crew Team Member, you may be responsible for:

• Welcome all customers with a smile and ensure their needs are met while they are dining with us

• Elevate the guest experience to increase brand loyalty and bring guests back again!

• Taking accurate food orders or help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals

• Preparing all of McDonald's World Famous food

• Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift

• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic

Requirements:

All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest.
