Job Title: CSC Processing Representative

Job Overview:

Step into a key role within our client's Customer Support Center Processing team, where you'll make an impact by handling important tasks like beneficiary changes, reinstatements, loan processing, and cash surrenders. This is a fully computer-based position with no phone work, offering a structured, focused environment where you can dive into your worklist and get things done.

What You’ll Do:

• Process actions from CSC worklists with attention to detail

• Analyze member inquiries; determine steps for resolution; and accurately process within required timeframes

• Maintain accuracy on key financial and administrative tasks

• Stay productive and manage your workflow independently

• Collaborate when needed by reaching out to trainers and team members

Who You Are:

You excel in a heads-down, detail-driven role, thriving on task completion and accuracy. At the same time, you’re not afraid to ask questions or lean on your team for support. You’re self-motivated, great at managing your time, and comfortable working in hybrid and/or remote environments. Bonus points if you have experience with Microsoft Teams and screen-sharing tools!

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.

• Demonstrated and accurate skills in data entry

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
