The Engineering ProgramManageris responsible forproviding program leadership to cross-organizational matrixed teams during new product development projects,sustaining of products in production,as well as directly contributingina senior technical advisorcapacity.  * Primary Job Functions: * Lead theestablishmentof thematerial development program schedulewithsupport andcollaborationfrom the cross functionaldevelopmentteam(material formulators, print process engineers, product management, product marketing, procurement, manufacturing, etc.). * Understand the overall material product portfolio andmaintainvarious databases from which that portfolio is organized, through either the company’s ERP system or other records. * Maintainand communicate the schedule status and outlook across the development projectfrom ideation,productlaunch, and post-launchsustaining. * Coordinate development activitiestoensure coordination, transparency, andremove barriers to team progress. * Stay closely assigned with the Materials Product Manager to understand and communicate development priorities and to create supporting plans. * Guide the team efficiently through Scrumeventssuch as backlog creation and grooming, sprint planning, stand-upmeetings, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. * Leadtheproduct developmentteam through3D Systems’Product Development Process (PDP)andPhaseGatepresentations. * Support the Product Manager in preparing forreviews with executives and stakeholdersby gathering data, creating review presentations, andoccasionallypresentingprogram updates. Qualifications–ExternalEducation and Training: * Bachelor’s degree in engineeringortechnical disciplineisdesired. * AGILEScrum Master accreditationor Product Management Professional (PMP)isa nice-to-have. Experience: * Must have a proventrack recordas a direct contributor to complex new product developmentprojects. * Priorexperience in managingelectro-mechanical device development, software projects, or material development projectsisstronglydesired. * Previousexperience leadingteams as a Scrum Masteror Program Managerisstronglydesired.   Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Has positive motivational skillsto influence team members. * Leads by example and holds self and others accountable. * Has good business instincts and acumen. * Iscomfortable working directly with senior managers. * Works well with a broad range of people, both technical and non-technical * Is a strong analytical thinker. * Demonstrated problem solving skills. * Working knowledge of product lifecycle process management. * Has experience using program management tools.
