Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Lawn Technician to join our grounds team. As a Lawn Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our outdoor spaces through various lawn care and landscaping tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for outdoor work and possess the necessary skills to provide exceptional lawn care services. Responsibilities: - Maintain lawns, gardens, and grounds through regular mowing, pruning, and edging. - Use hand and power tools to complete various lawn care tasks, including irrigation system maintenance and tree care. - Build and construct new landscapes, including planting flowers and shrubs, and installing irrigation systems. - Assist with snow plowing duties during winter months. - Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks, including digging and planting. - Keep all outdoor spaces clean and free of debris. - Collaborate with other grounds team members to ensure all areas of the property are well-maintained. - Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond to their needs promptly. Qualifications: - Prior experience in lawn care and landscaping is required. - Knowledge of tree care and pruning techniques is a plus. - Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. - Experience with irrigation systems and snow plowing is an asset. - Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - A valid driver's license is required for some roles. Skills: - Experience with hand tools and power tools. - Ability to maintain and build landscapes. - Knowledge of irrigation systems. - Experience with tree care and pruning. - Familiarity with lawn care and landscaping maintenance. - Experience with snow plowing. - Ability to dig and plant flowers and shrubs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.18 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 55 per week
