Robert Half Title Clerk in Rochester, New York

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a meticulous and efficient Title Clerk in the Rental/Leasing Services industry, located in Rochester, New York, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including report generation, meetings coordination, correspondence production, and special projects management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support services to executives, professional groups, or organizational departments

• Act as the lead point of contact for all report generation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Coordinate meetings and handle all related logistics, ensuring smooth operations

• Produce correspondence and other written materials as needed, adhering to company standards and guidelines

• Manage special projects as assigned, coordinating resources and timelines to ensure successful completion

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook

• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

• Order office supplies as needed, managing inventory to ensure optimal levels at all times

• Re-prioritize tasks as necessary to ensure efficient workflow and meet department objectives

• Work independently as well as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment. Requirements • Proficient in using MS Excel and MS Outlook to manage data and communications effectively

• Prior experience in CSR / Customer Service is mandatory

• Familiarity with the Rental/Leasing Services industry is desirable

• Ability to manage and process important documents relating to the title clerk role

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

• High standard of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to work.
