Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a full-time School RN Supervisor for one of our clients in Rochester, NY 14620.

Job Requirements:

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:

• Active, unencumbered New York RN license and current BLS certification

• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

• Must be comfortable covering assignments when staff is short on RNs

Job Description:

• Lead and supervise the nursing team; filling in for management when needed.

• Provide clinical guidance and support to the team and school.

• Provide regular and consistent staff supervision, including observations and evaluations.

• Both clinical and non-clinical facing; must be comfortable providing support to staff if necessary.
