TAD PGS, Inc. Restaurant Manager in Rochester, New York

We have an outstanding career opportunity for aRestaurant Managerto join a leading Company located in theRochester, NYsurrounding area.

Salary Range: $41,600 - $62,400

The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cleanliness, and efficiency. The Restaurant Manager will also ensure compliance and follow food safety requirements. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for hiring, training and development of their staff.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure compliance with our operational standards, health regulations, and safety guidelines.

  • Manage inventory levels, place orders, and control food costs.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot restaurant equipment as needed.

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members.

  • Foster a positive work environment and uphold our culture and values.

  • Schedule and manage employee shifts to ensure adequate coverage.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team performance.

  • Ensure all guests receive high-quality service and a positive dining experience.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

  • Lead by example in demonstrating our hospitality and customer-first approach.

  • Monitor sales, labor costs, and overall profitability.

  • Implement strategies to increase revenue, improve efficiency, and manage expenses.

  • Analyze financial reports and identify areas for improvement.

  • Support local marketing initiatives and promotions.

  • Build relationships with the community to drive brand loyalty and engagement.

  • Coordinate catering orders and special events.

  • Ensure food safety standards are met, including handling, storage, and sanitation.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.

  • Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality control and cleanliness.

    Basic Hiring Criteria :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2-4 years of leadership experience.

  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in a service industry.

  • Financial experience.

  • Microsoft Experience.
