Comfort Windows & Doors is currently seeking a Receptionist for our Rochester, NY office.

Qualifications for the position include:

• Receptionist/clerical/front desk experience;

• In-person customer service skills greeting walk-in customers and addressing their needs;

• Strong phone presence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills;

• Strong listening and presentation skills;

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;

• Proven follow up and organizational skills;

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
