Qualifications you’ll bring:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Experience with statutory reporting and compliance within the insurance industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiencyin relevant software applications (e.g., Excel, financial reporting software).
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, etc.
Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth

Your key responsibilities:
Prepareaccurateandtimelyquarterly and annual financial filings for insurance departments and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC).
Analyze financial data toidentifytrends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in regulatory reporting.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor statutory and industry standards to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Utilize andmaintainapplicable software for statutory reporting purposes.
Assistwith state and federal inquiries, audits, and statutory examinations.
Collaborate with other teams toidentifyopportunities for streamlining statutory reporting processes.
Provide management reporting packages to support decision-making.
Perform general ledger functions toassistwith monthly close activities.
Take on special projects and assignments as needed.
