FULL-TIME; Exempt : 40 hours per week

Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI) (https://positions.paylocity.com/PositionManagement/wizard/2033511) seeks a talentedPlanning and Outreach Managerto contribute their expertise in providing essential business services to our provider organizations and customers. ThePlanning and Outreach Managerwill support the planning objectives of Monroe County Office of Mental Health (MCOMH), as well as function as the Training Coordinator for MCOMH and provided training as well as leadership for the MCOMH Outreach Team. The Monroe County Office of Mental Health (MCOMH) oversees the local service system through a variety of sub-contracts; provides fiscal oversight and technical assistance to agencies; and plans for behavioral health services via extensive collaboration with other DHS and county divisions, service providers, and community stakeholders.

CCSI is partnering withMonroe County Office of Mental Healthto hirea Planning and Outreach Manager.This position is employed by CCSI and working on behalf ofMonroe County.

In this role, you will

  • Share responsibility in identification and oversight of MCOMH projects

  • Provide leadership for members of the Outreach Team and assist with the development and maintenance of Outreach efforts,

  • Engage with community to assist with facilitating MCOMH outreach presence at events.

  • Support the development and monitoring of the annual local services plan on behalf of MCOMH.

  • Coordinate the scheduling of trainings, assist with preparing training materials as needed, maintain training records, track trainings provided by all MCOMH staff members. Communicates training opportunities within MCOMH and with external partners.

  • Responsible for convening and facilitating community forums, community presentations, and trainings involving organizations and community members.

  • Work in collaboration with Data and IT departments as well as all MCOMH departments.

  • Responsible for assisting with planning Career Fair- communication, assisting with promotion, agency registration, convening internal team to assist with career fair event.

  • Occasional evenings and weekends at community events on an as-needed basis.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Master’s Degree in behavioral health, human services required

  • License preferred or licensed eligible in social work or mental health counseling (e.g. LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.)

  • Minimum 3-5 years of behavioral health: mental health, substance use and/or intellectual/developmental disability work experience

  • Or equivalent education and work experience (see CCSI's equivalency chart (https://www.ccsi.org/CCSI/media/pdfs/Equivalency-chart.pdf) )

  • Satisfactory completion of all required background screenings.
