University of Rochester Nurse Recruiter - Nursing Practice Administration in Rochester, New York

Responsibilities

Individual will work as a member of the recruitment team to hire and retain RN, LPN, APP’s, RT, ST, externs to support practice programs. The Nurse Recruiter: interviews candidates and refers them to the appropriate clinical service/unit/area. Works with Hospital Nursing leadership to achieve a culturally diverse workforce and as needed may be involved in the development and implementation of nursing education and performance improvement activities. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organization, prioritization and team work a must. A nurse recruiter relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish recruitment and nursing practice goals performing a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Minimum of 3 years registered nurse experience. Bachelor's degree required.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $33.75 - $50.62

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
