UR Neurology is looking for a nurse to join our mission to learn, discover, heal, create and make the world ever better for patients with neurologic disorders. No neurology experience necessary. Our interdependent workflow depends upon a nurse leader who thrives in a dynamic work environment, and who is interested in performance improvement initiatives in partnership with our interdisciplinary team of nurses, physicians, advanced practice providers, high cost drug managers in the care of patients receiving emerging treatments for neurologic disorders. The ANM is integral in day to day operations by promoting exemplary practice standards and mentoring the team. Requires RN with current NYS License and Bachelors Degree Required.

Qualifications

Requires a BSN or matriculation in a BSN program from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years or RN experience. This position is a member of the unit/service leadership team, demonstrates the ability to develop standards of care, unit/service goals, and objectives, and provides consultation and expertise in delivering patient care.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $42.17 - $59.03

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
