Support: Work under RN supervision while taking independent patient assignments. Provide direct patient care in a med/surg environment with RN support. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform routine assessments. Document patient care and progress using the Epic charting system. Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met. License: New York LPN license in hand (required). Experience: Hospital experience within the last 2 years (required). Schedule Flexibility: Must be available for rotating schedules as required. Certifications: BLS (preferred).
