We are seeking an experienced Installation & Operations Manager to oversee local contractors, manage site operations, and coordinate environmental compliance activities. This role combines technical oversight, contractor management, and some business development responsibilities.Key responsibilities include: Site Operations & Technical Management:Oversee site inspections and sensor calibration programs to maintain operational efficiency. Ensure sites are well-maintened, either directly or by managing local technicians.Coordinate contractors and supervise site preparation activities for new installationsMonitor and operate flare systems, ensuring optimal performance and maximizing up-timeAnalyze operational trends and provide feedback to engineering team for design improvementsDevelop and implement strategic plans for regional operations as the company scales up across the USBuild and maintain relationships with local contractors and service providersEnvironmental Compliance & Grant Management:Manage data collection activities and calculations for quantitative site assessments, potentially with academic collaborators.Coordinate with local government offices to obtain permits and supporting measurementsRegional Business Development:Host site visits for prospective farmer clientsConduct site assessments for new project opportunitiesBuild and maintain relationships with local agricultural community
