Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: completing all facets of the service, including preventative maintenance, installation, removal, and replacement of commercial heating/cooling, refrigeration, and rooftop HVAC unit systems. This individual will follow safe operating practices, use special tools and equipment, work with basic electricity, low voltage wiring, gas piping, venting, draining, and ductwork of systems. This individual must also coordinate deliveries and conduct new arrival inspections (for warranty/delivery damage). The pay range for this position is $17.00-$24.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance is required

• EPA 608 Universal Certification is required

• Good mechanical knowledge/skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems

• Ability to work as a team player with other maintenance staff and location management in order to complete assigned tasks with a sense of urgency

• Ability to handle and operate tools/equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Ability to frequently lift and/or carry heavy amounts of weight, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Willingness to work from elevated platforms

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and climb ladders for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Willingness to work in all weather conditions, in both indoor and outdoor environments

• A valid driver's license is required due to travel between locations

• Effective June 1, 2024, seasonal employment opportunities due to attending school are no longer available. Year-round schedule availability is required to be considered for employment
