AEROTEK IS HIRING FOR A FACILITIES TECHNICIAN!

LOCATION: ROCHESTER, NY

PAY: $18.00-$23.00

Job Description:

• Responsible for maintaining the exterior and interior spaces of one of our commercial properties and office buildings

• Landscap, general cleaning and maintenance of building interiors

• Manage electrical lighting systems, replacing ceiling tiles, maintaining drain pumps and drinking fountains, and managing inventory material from ordering to documentation

Skill Requirements

• Previous experience in building or facility maintenance

• Residential or commercial construction experience

• HVAC experience beneficial but not mandatory

• High mechanical aptitude

• Ability to provide customer service when speaking with commercial tenants

Additional Information

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, First Shift

• Minimal on call after 6 months of training - additional compensation provided

• Employer provided uniforms and cell phone

• No travel required
