Job Title: Electrical Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. The role involves working on commercial renovations and new build construction projects. You will be responsible for bending pipe, roughing in conduit based on plans and prints provided by the General Contractor (GC), and wiring instruments that control the power, lighting, and heating units in buildings. Additionally, you will provide wiring for air conditioning and refrigeration units. The position requires the use of power tools, test meters, pipe threaders, and conduit benders.

Responsibilities

• Bend pipe and rough in conduit according to plans and prints.

• Wire instruments for power, lighting, and heating units in commercial buildings.

• Provide wiring for air conditioning and refrigeration units.

• Utilize power tools, test meters, pipe threaders, and conduit benders.

• Lead and manage 2-4 man crews on various projects.

Essential Skills

• Experience in commercial construction and electrical wiring.

• Proficiency in bending conduit or pipe and running wire.

• Safety-oriented with OSHA certification.

• Ability to use saws, drills, utility knives, ohmmeters, and other testing tools.

• Experience in running crews and providing excellent customer service.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must provide own tools to start.

• Ability to interpret blueprints and plans.

• Experience with pulling wire and bending conduit.

Work Environment

Work involves leading 2-4 man crews on commercial new builds or renovations. The standard working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. All work is local to Rochester.
