Responsibilities

The Director of Health Equity Informatics is responsible for providing leadership, operational management, and clinical expertise, in the planning, development, and deployment of technology solutions, within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and other data/information system for supported Health Equity programs. The Director exercises independent judgment and initiative to align clinical and operational stakeholders with build and analytical capabilities within technology solutions.

Qualifications

Master's degree in related discipline required. 7 years of related experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in data analytics and information systems required. Required knowledge, skills and abilities: Demonstrated ability to create consensus through team and relationship building; Excellent communication skills; Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and at a high level across the enterprise.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $63.13 - $81.94

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
