Aerotek is hiring for a CNC Supervisor:

Description: (MUST HAVE)

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our CNC machining department. The CNC Supervisor will be responsible for supervising CNC machinists, ensuring production schedules are met, and maintaining high-quality standards. This position requires a strong background in CNC programming, machine setup, and a proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

-Manage a team of CNC machinists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

• Coordinate daily workflow and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

• Conduct team meetings to review daily tasks, safety protocols, and process improvements.

- Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to programming, machine tools, and production processes.

• Ensure all machines are running at maximum efficiency while adhering to quality standards.

• Monitor the quality of machined parts, conducting inspections and quality checks to maintain Ultra Tool & Mfg’s high standards.

• Work closely with the quality control department to implement corrective actions when necessary.
