Job Description:

Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services and the Director of Pharmacy Operations, optimizes patient medication therapy by providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services. Works collaboratively with the health care team to accomplish goals.

Salary Range:

$70.00/annually

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: B.S. in Pharmacy or higher. Pharm. D with minimum of 1 year of residency training preferred.

2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience preferred.

3. License/Certification Required: Current state license (or eligible for licensure) to practice professional pharmacy. .

4. Skills: Critical thinking, basic clinical knowledge, problem solving abilities
