Every 8th weekend coverage ATTRIBUTESCompletion of residency OR fellowship training OR board certification through the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties. The employee may be working towards board certification as part of a timeline mutually agreed upon by the employee and supervisorLicensure as a Pharmacist in New York State required Possess a broad scope and depth of infectious disease knowledge, clinical skills and function well on multidisciplinary teamsExtensive experience as Infectious Disease or Antimicrobial Stewardship PharmacistAdvanced understanding of hospital pharmacyRESPONSIBILITIES Medication Management. Provides pharmacotherapy expertise in antimicrobial medications to optimize patient careTraining. Provide didactic and experiential training for Pharmacy Students, Pharmacy Residents, and other health care providersInterdisciplinary Collaboration. Work in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams across the health system.
