University of Rochester Administrative Coordinator III in Rochester, New York
GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Institute of Optics at the University of Rochester is seeking an individual to provide administrative support to the Institute’s financial operations, the Institute’s Director and colloquia program.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Colloquium support
Process journal entries, distribution changes in HRMS (students, faculty, and staff), 800 forms
Calendar support for the Director
Travel reimbursements for the Director.
Coordination of meeting logistics (i.e. faculty meetings and visitors)
Hiring of undergraduate and graduate TA’s, lab assistants
Tracking forms
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduation or equivalent combination of education and experience required
B.S. degree preferred
Experience with forms processing/tracking, meeting coordination, scheduling, UR HRMS, URFinancials, Job Link preferred
Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Range
Pay Range: $18.65 - $26.11 Hourly
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
