Rochester Rehab Administrative Assistant - PROS in Rochester, New York

Summary/Objective: The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support services to the Director of Ventures PROS program and staff. Coordinates key office operations and scheduling relating to the operation of the Ventures program. Essential Functions :Imparts agency philosophy of “Equal Opportunity, Independence and Realization of Individual Potential” to children, families, program staff and community resources.1.Maintains confidentiality of information relating to individuals and their families in accordance with agency policy.2.Participates in conferences, workshops. Department meetings and in-service training as needed or recommended to enhance job skills, personal growth and development.3.Responsible for inputting all new workshop schedules for the program as well as all daily class schedules. 4.Provides administrative support to the staff as needed, including the Director and Team Leaders in the program. Support includes assisting in workshop preparation, document preparation, all departmental reports, work orders, purchase orders and all other clerical duties as assigned. 5.Greets participants and registers them in the Electronic Health Record. Checks insurances monthly on all participants. 6.Adheres to agency’s policies and procedures as well as department guidelines. Is aware of the importance of Corporate Compliance Policies and the Code of Conduct. Experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel and Electronic Health Record system. Accurate and efficient work processing skills. Ability to work independently. Self-starter and strong multi-tasking skills.
