Description
The Digital Media Studies Program invites applicants for an Adjunct Professor to begin January 1, 2025. This is a one-semester nonrenewable appointment. Applicants teach DMST 175 Introduction to User Experience Design. In this course, you will teach how to design technologies that work well and meet the needs of their users; how to communicate and justify your design decisions; and how human-centered design fits into the broader context of project development. Students should receive an introduction to the field of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), and learn to apply design thinking to User Experience (UX) design and evaluation.

Qualifications
Masters Degree with teaching experience and evidence of continuing accomplishment is required.
