The Pike Company Accounting Payable Coordinator in Rochester, New York
Pike Construction Services is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Coordinator, to join our Finance department. This position will be reporting out of our corporate office in Rochester, NY. As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be providing support to the Financial Reporting Manager while working alongside another coordinator. This position includes being responsible for:
Collecting, reviewing, and processing upwards of 50+ invoices per day
Maintaining and responding to vendor inquiries and
Following up with colleagues, customers, and vendors
Managing the Company’s vendors and customers
Developing and implementing a process for out-of-town lodging for Company employees who travel long term

Education/Experience/Knowledge:
Associates Degree from an accredited institution in related field; and/or minimum of 2 years equivalent experience, required.
Previous invoice processing, preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft office including Excel, preferred.

The base hourly range for this position is $21.36 - $24.00 per hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire hourly pay for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
