Responsibilities

Seeking a motivated individual with demonstrated leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic problem-solving, support of daily operations, and strong clinical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with all members of the health care team and coordinate a multidisciplinary evidence-based approach to care. Must be flexible and able to adapt to readily changing responsibilities/priorities. Able to cover the Nurse Manager during his/her absence. Requires a BSN or matriculation in a BSN program from an accredited nursing program. Acute rehabilitation experience preferred.

Qualifications

Requires a BSN or matriculation in a BSN program from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years or RN experience. This position is a member of the unit/service leadership team, demonstrates the ability to develop standards of care, unit/service goals, and objectives, and provides consultation and expertise in delivering patient care.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $ 86,840 - $121,576 Annually

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
