"UX Research Project ManagerPosition OverviewOur medical client is seeking a dynamic UX Research Project Manager to lead user experience research initiatives within our healthcare organization. This role will focus on understanding user needs and behaviors to inform product development and enhance the overall user experience. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and a passion for user-centered design.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage UX research projects from conception to completion.Conduct user interviews and usability testing to gather insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers and product managers.Utilize tools such as Figma and User Zoom to create user flows and prototypes.Analyze research data and present findings to stakeholders.Develop research plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.QualificationsBachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.Proven experience in UX research and project management.Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies and tools.Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
