Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Bagger and Taggers & Production workers to join our team in the molding and clean room divisions. This role involves sitting or standing at a station and assembling small components, similar in size to a pen cap. The job requires operating machinery in a button-pushing capacity, suitable for entry-level candidates. Responsibilities also include adhering to safety protocols, including lock-out procedures and all other safety regulations. The role requires wearing steel or composite toe footwear.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Rochester Hills, Michigan.

Work Environment

Multiple shifts are available: 1st shift from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., 2nd shift from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., and 3rd shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. from Monday night to Friday morning. The facility is newly built with climate control, ensuring a clean and comfortable working environment. Adherence to strict on-floor policies is required, including no nail polish or acrylic nails, no music earbuds, no smoking or vaping, and no cell phone usage on the floor. Attendance is critical, with strict policies in place including a point system post-hiring phase.
