The Talent Acquisition Trainee is a partner to the GE HealthCare business, responsible for supporting the full cycle recruitment process for all open positions within their zone. This includes developing and implementing sourcing strategies, conducting structured interviews, assessing candidate fit for the role/the team/the company and supporting other Talent Acquisition functions in other activities within their remit.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities:

• Leverage innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent

• Conduct structured interviews that are fair, unbiased, and effective, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role/the team/the company

• Support Talent Acquisition Partners in their work with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and implement proactive talent acquisition strategies, including succession planning, internal mobility, and diversity and inclusion

• Support Talent Acquisition Admin Hub with candidate outreach and offer process compliance within respective zone.

Your profile:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Fast learner with ability to adapt to dynamic environment

• Fluent English and Arabic speaker

• Working knowledge of MS Office tools

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred.

• Previous work experience in Talent Acquisition / HR area, preferably in a multinational environment
