Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Snr Cost Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to be part of a national best practice cost management team supported by digital transformation and AI.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Benchmarking and cost analysis

• Cost planning/estimating/budgeting/reviews and reporting

• Tender review and analysis

• Cost reporting and forecasting

• Value management

• Cost optimisation

• Superuser cost database population

• Tender Price Index and economic indices

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Refer to Job Description for Education and Experience Requirements

• CostX or equivalent

• Power BI

• Excel Advanced Level

• Database population

• Previous delivery of standards to POMI, NRM, CESMM, CSI, Uniclass, Ministry of Transportation and others

• 15-20 years experience

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Well-round quantity surveying competency with experience from inception to completion in the Middle East and KSA.

• Have delivered pre-contract and post-contract services across multiple sectors, assets, sub-assets

• Cost estimating and measurement

• Extensive years of experience in pre-contract preparation of cost plans at all RIBA stages, preparing complex Bills of Quantities, pricing of Pre Tender Estimates

• Commercial management and change control
