Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to deliver a significant rail project in Riyadh .

In this role, you will join a professional engineering, construction, and cost management team that is involved in multiple projects in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). KAFD is a master plan development positioned to become Riyadh’s new Central Business District that combines a real estate development of approximately 850,000 sqm of office space, 115,000 GLA of retail, 1,200 residential units, 5-star Hotels, and 600 hospitality keys. KAFD is set to be the main enabler of the KSA 2030 vision.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing the delivery of contractors who will be delivering civil, structural, MEP, Architecture

• Regular reporting to and close liaison with the client

• Ensuring relevant interfacing is being delivered across all stakeholders

• Demonstrating continued assurance of the project

• Management of and working closely with the site supervision consultant

• Management of and working closely with the engineering management consultant

• Ensuring relevant integration is adequately addressed and delivered

• Review and sign off on contractor documentation

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent

• At least 15 years experience in related projects

• Experience in delivering railway civils construction including guideway beams, stations and depots

• Understanding of how to deliver railways including acceptance by authorities having jurisdiction

• Ability to agree and approve contractor outputs

• Close scrutiny of all HSE matters

• Flexible approach

• Detailed understanding of the railway design and V&V process

• Detailed understanding of installation, testing and commissioning in a railway environment

• Good understanding of delivering railway safety cases

• Methodical approach to delivery
