Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Construction Manager (Advanced Manufacturing and Technology Building Projects) to join our team! In this role, you will get to oversee the construction of advanced manufacturing and technology building projects, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage construction activities to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and project management teams to meet project goals.

• Monitor construction progress, resolve any issues, and mitigate delays effectively.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all construction phases.

• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and communication.

• Oversee resource allocation and manage construction schedules and budgets efficiently.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• 12+ years of experience in construction management for large-scale projects.

• Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage diverse teams and complex projects.

• Strong ability to manage large construction schedules and budgets while ensuring quality and safety standards.

• Expertise in construction techniques, materials, and project management tools.
