As part of the Ethics and Compliance (E&C) Legal team, the E&C CONNECT team is dedicated to minimizing risks and continuously improving process quality by providing transparency to compliance control and process health. This team is responsible for driving compliance and quality excellence across ServiceNow in support of laws, regulations, standards, contractual commitments and internal policy and procedures.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Perform and document results for control monitoring of Ethic and Compliance controls

  • Perform onsite data center audits and produce audit reports

  • Perform regulatory gap assessments against company policy, procedures and associated controls

  • Perform compliance mapping activities for regulation, citation, policy, and procedures

  • Notify stakeholders of compliance changes

  • Document risk identified through monitoring and/or gap assessment activities to ensure risks are evaluated, dispositioned and actively managed

  • Produce compliance collateral from procedures, work instructions to overview documentation

  • Support Ethics and Compliance awareness campaign activities

  • Support control environment improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for control efficiencies, process automation, control consolidation

Participate in compliance projects to continual improve compliance health

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with compliance analysis and audits for a cloud based company

  • Demonstrated deep understanding of compliance audit testing and design of tests

  • Demonstrated strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making skills

  • Demonstrated ability to interface successfully in challenging conversations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate/influence and work cross-functionally

  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion to make an impact

  • Prior experience at a SaaS, Paas or IAAS
