Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a HSE Director to join our team in Riyadh!

Responsibilities :

• Develop a Construction Health Safety & Environment (HSE) manual that will act as a framework reference for our clients development companies to manage HSE with in construction site.

• Plan, conducts and manage Construction Health Safety & Environment (HSE) audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments to our clients development companies construction site.

• Develop and conducts HSE training programs.

• Provides development company teams with general support on HSE matters to assure construction site compliance with specific policies and procedures, HSE international best practices and national codes and regulations.

• Develop HSE KPI’s and produce periodic reports for development companies’ management and portfolio management department.

• Participates in team meetings and provides regular on-site project presence.

Education and Qualifications:

• 15 + years’ experience in construction HSE, with minimum 5 years in management level.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or in construction HSE.

• Professional certificates are preferred from well-known organizations etc. OSHA, NEBOSH, PMP
