WTW Director, Employee Experience in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

As Employee Experience Director based in Saudi Arabia, you will serve as a pivotal expert and leader within our Employee Experience practice. Your mission will be to drive excellence in employee experience initiatives for our diverse client base, leveraging your deep understanding and experience in the field. You will lead project teams, provide strategic consulting services, and ensure the delivery of innovative, impactful solutions that align with our clients' unique organizational cultures and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert advice and insights on employee experience strategies, ensuring they are culturally and contextually aligned with client organizations in Saudi Arabia.

  • Lead projects in Employee Experience, Culture transformation, Employee Value Proposition, Communication and Change Management

  • Lead and manage complex consulting projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations in terms of deliverables, timelines, and budget.

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with client leadership, acting as a trusted advisor in all aspects of employee experience and organizational culture.

  • Mentor and develop project team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth.

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the latest trends and best practices in employee experience and organizational culture.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a consulting role focused on employee experience, organizational culture, or a closely related field, with significant leadership responsibilities.

  • Strong track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction in a consulting environment, preferably with experience working in or with Saudi Arabian organizations.

  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
