Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across various projects, ensuring efficient collaboration and high-quality deliverables.

• Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) for multiple projects

• Create and maintain CAD and BIM standards to ensure consistency across all projects

• Oversee the management of federated models and coordinate with various disciplines

• Generate and manage progress reports to keep stakeholders informed

• Handle parameter revisions in Revit and Civil 3D to maintain model accuracy

• Manage quantity extraction processes for accurate cost estimations

• Administer BIM ACC modules, including Document Management, Project Management, Cost Management, Design Collaboration, and Model Coordination

• Utilize various software tools such as Revit, 3D MAX, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for model creation and visualization

• Perform clash detection analyses to identify and resolve conflicts in the model

• Collaborate with project teams to implement innovative BIM solutions and improve workflow efficiency

• Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM coordination or related role

• Advanced proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Navisworks

• Strong understanding of BIM project management regulations and best practices

• Experience with BIM ACC modules and federated model management

• Proficiency in clash detection and resolution techniques

• Knowledge of quantity extraction and parameter management in BIM models

• Familiarity with Dynamo scripting (desirable)

• Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail

• Innovative mindset with a passion for implementing new BIM technologies and workflows
