Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing the development of accurate, sustainable, and timely leadership-compliance reporting. Expands key risk indicators and develops information reporting strategies for compliance and sanctions. Develops and implements strategies to increase the coverage and efficiency of regulatory compliance programs. Plans and deploys methodologies, tools, system, and techniques. Ensures the accuracy and reliability of data and information within the compliance reporting framework. Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

Responsibilities

· Oversees programs and projects. Leads compliance strategies.

· Leads and manages the compilation of reporting and communications for compliance and sanctions. Delivers the reports to leadership and regulatory agencies.

· Manages a team including recruiting, coaching, counseling, performance, and compensation decisions.

· Facilitates compliance reporting requirements. Provides information to enable first lines of defense to proactively monitor and assess compliance risk, performance, emerging risks, and the design and operational effectiveness of the Compliance Risk Program.

· Oversees the development and maintenance of key performance and risk indicators and standard reports to assist with managing compliance risk. Partners with the business to develop action plans to remediate issues.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Legal, Technology/ Data Analytics, or related field

· 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Modeling, Statistics, Reporting, or related field, including people management

· In lieu of a degree, 12+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Modeling, Statistics, Reporting, or related field, including people management

Preferred Qualifications

· Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, Statistics, or related field

· 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Modeling, Statistics, Reporting, or related field, including people management

· Professional certification (CRCM, CIA, CPA, etc.)

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
